Great recipes but very glitchy

I bought this app a few months ago and was very pleased with the content provided; however, the app is very glitchy and crashes often. Additionally, I paid extra for the nourish and glow package and the rise and shine recipe kit but now the app is asking me to purchase them again!! Very upset as I have not deleted the app or gotten a new phone- this purchase data issue must be resolved as well as the app crashing problem.
